Switching Knowledge Base Language

Quincus Platform manuals available in English and Spanish

Quincus platform is available in many languages, including Spanish. Spanish-speaking users can also access our manuals in their native language.

To change the language of our Knowledge Base, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please ensure that you logged in to access the full manuals. If you encounter any difficulties accessing the knowledge base, our customer support team is available to assist you via our Customer Support Portal. 
2. Once you are logged in, the manuals should be displayed on your screen.
3. Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on the "English" language option. This will open a drop-down menu.
4. To access the Spanish manuals, simply select "Español" from the drop-down menu.
5. You can switch between English and Spanish at any point by using the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
